Navy Airlines Air Ambulance Auxiliary Service (NAAAS) is NADG’s answer to getting America’s veterans, service members and their family members the funding means and transportation means necessary for medical related transit (air/ground) to medical related appointments that are urgent and time press in nature. NAAAS is a charitable service and is free of charge to the applicants in need.
