Include title of the application, ICO: first name, middle initial, last name. Example: CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP FOR ACTIVE DUTY ICO: JOHN C. SMITH. If your name includes punctuations, dashes, or spaces then do not include it in the email title. Not everybody has a middle name. Give processing time 1-3 days. Billing will occur at the conclusion of processing. You will also receive funding details for your airfare purchases at this time.
